Alternative rock artist 44Blonde has dropped his brand new single, "Like You Love Me." Produced by Sean Cook (Duckwrth) and written with Marino (Mod Sun, Blackbear, grandson, Huddy), the track follows a modern-day love story about living in the moment and accepting that not everything lasts forever. Fans can check out the new song and music video, directed by Sam Fine (Blink-182, Maggie Lindemann) and co-starring ARIS right here.

On the new single, 44Blonde shares:

"'Like You Love Me' is a story of two people who meet and instantly fall for each other. The two lovers spend one passionate night together under the influence of ecstasy and passion, and end up feeling like they've known each other for their entire lives. Every bit of euphoria reaches the surface as the two take lust and turn it into true love for a mere moment in time.

When we shot the music video for this song, the main thing we wanted to capture was the essence of a moment. The whole idea of the song isn't to think ahead or behind, but rather live in the moment without consequence. I had the great pleasure of working with such a talented group of people to make the video possible as well as an outstanding team to make this song idea a reality.

Overall, the song is much more than a surface-level song about sex - it's a song that tells a story of love, lust, heartache, passion, and desire and cuts deep to anyone who has ever had a crush or felt that glimpse of euphoria over someone who they never want to let go of."

44Blonde will be celebrating his new single with his friend Jakkyboi on Saturday, November 19th at 10 pm at On The Rox. Other special guests include Lil Aaron, idobi Radio’s Fish, SMRTDEATH, and ATLGRANDMA.

“Like You Love Me” serves as a follow-up to “Should’ve Stayed Home”, produced by Joseph Pepe (Iann Dior, Lil Lotus) and “911”, produced by Mike Pepe (Taking Back Sunday, Sydney Sprague).

More About 44Blonde:

From the gateway to the west to partying all the way through college in the dirty south, 44Blonde is here to fill up every red party cup with his Rock N Roll influence. Growing up in St. Louis, 44Blonde flipped through many record crates and found himself listening to Otis Redding, Gregg Allman, Tom Petty, and Bob Dylan. While moving across the US and striving to make his mark in the punk/alt realm, one thing that has remained is the impact that these records had on his vocal style, adding a breath of fresh air to the scene.

After spending some time developing as an independent artist, 44Blonde self-released his song She Loves Drugs (I Like Her)”, he sent a Hail Mary message to Lil Aaron’s IG DM’s and the rest was history. After gaining a lot of interest from many respectable industry names, 44Blonde knew that his home was to be mentored by Lil Aaron. While his college degree was finishing up and he was flipping cups, 44Blonde made it a priority to take several trips to Los Angeles to begin building a foundation for his new music and career, which has led to a now permanent move. Since being in LA, 44Blonde has been establishing his home in the alt scene, throwing parties with Lil Aaron and Kevan Kenney (MTV, TRL, KROQ), writing in the studio with artists such as Goody Grace, and making his performance debut at Emo Nite in LA.

Stay tuned for more music and collaborations from 44Blonde in 2023.
