Interview With Eye'z

How would you describe your music to anyone who may have never heard it? Eye'z: Pop, Jazz, and deep thought. At times sometimes inspirational.

What’s the significance of your musical moniker? E: You don't need "no words" to know me, just look into my eye'z. What are your musical influences? E: Everything from Bach to Judy Garland to Micheal Jackson.

What are your musical inspirations?

E: Sometimes I just get inspired in that moment and I may be inspired to sing or play the piano. It just happens.

If given the chance, what musician(s) would you like to collaborate with? Rather this is to either write a song or be featured on a track. E: I'd probably want to approve an Aaliyah track or me be an artistic/musical director or overseer.

What’s your latest single "Sugar" about?

E: "Sugar" is about loving someone who doesn't see you. Even though they do or did. What’s something you hope people take away from the new song?

E: I just want them to see the beauty in it. Even though it wasn't fun to experience, the song sounds much sweeter... It's almost like saying goodbye to the situation for me as the person who dealt with this.

Do you have any favourite songs to perform live? Could be your own music or even a cover. Any reason why?

E: "Go For It." People usually sing along to it and I like that a lot. It's also in a lower key which I never thought I'd appreciate.

If you could perform a show this very second anywhere in the world, where would it be?

E: Paris or Germany. Is there any particular venue or city that comes to mind?

E: Yes in Germany. There was a place that asked me to sing, but I have to get scheduled to get there. What do you currently have planned for the remainder of the year?

E: Finishing up new projects and photoshoots.

Thanks for the time today, Eye'z. Is there anything else you may want to add before you go? E: Please join my emailing list. I also have a Linktree, Spotify, YouTube, and I'm most active on Instagram!
