For one night, the high seas collided with fantasy realms and classic heavy metal as Scottish pirate metal legends Alestorm brought their Mostly Canadian Tour to Winnipeg's historic Burton Cummings Theatre on May 26, 2026. Joined by Swedish symphonic power metal warriors Twilight Force and Seattle heavy metal upstarts Greyhawk, the evening delivered an unforgettable celebration of soaring melodies, epic storytelling, and beer-soaked sing-alongs. The tour stop featured a diverse lineup that ranged from Greyhawk's traditional heavy metal attack to Twilight Force's cinematic fantasy spectacle before culminating in Alestorm's trademark pirate-themed chaos, turning the Burton Cummings Theatre into a sea of raised horns, pirate hats, and nonstop energy. The show was part of Alestorm's 2026 Mostly Canadian Tour and drew metal fans from across Manitoba for one of the city's most entertaining heavy music events of the spring.
